Should hospitals draw DUI suspects' blood?

The Chicago Sun-Times examines a case where a nurse was arrested for refusing to draw blood from a DUI suspect who had not been admitted to the hospital for medical treatment and hospital policies regarding taking blood samples from DUI suspects.

What do you think?

Should police officers be allowed to order medical personnel to draw blood from DUI suspects?

Should hospitals continue with their policy of not drawing blood from DUI suspects unless they are admitted for medical treatment?
