Police may file DUI charges in a recent crash involving a motorist who rear-ended an IDOT vehicle on I-57 in the Chicago suburbs Sunday morning, reports the Sun-Times.

Nurse arrested after refusing to take DUI suspects blood

The Chicago Sun-Times covers the story of a nurse who was arrested after refusing to take the blood of a DUI suspect because the DUI suspect was not admitted to the hospital.  The newspaper posts video of the nurse's arrest for not following the police officer's command to take the DUI suspect's blood.

Should hospitals draw DUI suspects' blood?
